2022年7月13日，在总经理朱璞女士的倡议下，公司组织了一场以“沟通交流、团结协作”为主题的团建活动，开启一场与大自然的亲近之旅。
上午出发之时，天公似乎不作美，天气阴沉沉的，偶尔飘些雨点。车走到路上时，天空开始放晴，从市中心出来越接近乡村，心情也越放松，到农家乐时已是午时，老板早已准备好了丰盛的午餐，每一道菜肴都带着自有的香味，唤醒着我们的味蕾。大家围坐在一起，开心地交流着。这样的聚会的确拉近了同事之间的关系，使大家越来越融洽了。午餐结束，爬山的活动就开始了，山里的天气说变就变，刚才晴朗的天空又变得阴沉了，雨点随之飘落，但这并不影响大家的心情，反而增添了不少未曾体验过的乐趣，大家说笑着一路向远处的山坡走去。路上遇到夏令营的孩子们，由老师带队，沿着“之”字向山坡下走去，孩子们兴致盎然，并未看到脸上的疲惫，看来自然真是会带给人力量！看着他们想起小时课本上的挑山工，沿着“之”字上山，会减轻负担。看来我们上山和下山时也要如此了。走近山坡，是一片松树林，林中有些空旷地，松树挺拔地立在那里，像一排排卫士，在它们生长的时间里，经历了多少场风雨、风雪、雷电，但它们依然挺立，依靠的是什么呢？是树与树紧密的依靠，是树与树的守望相助，它们知道：只有成片生长，只有团结互助，才能战胜大自然风、雨、雪的摧残。我们也要从大自然中汲取力量，学习它们生存的本领，团队成员要团结互助，无论经历什么，只要团结在一起，就能形成强大的力量，会战胜一切的困难！
无忧的时光悄然而过，返程的时间到了，下山时依照“之”字形向下走，的确轻快了不少。这次的团建也是收获满满！

The closer we came out of the city center to the countryside, the more relaxed we were. It was noon when we arrived at the farmhouse, and the boss had already prepared a rich lunch. Each dish had its own fragrance and awakened our taste buds. Everyone sat around and talked happily. Such gatherings have indeed narrowed the relationship between colleagues and made everyone more and more harmonious. At the end of lunch, the mountain climbing activities began. The weather in the mountains changed with each passing day. Just now, the sunny sky became gloomy again, and the rain fell with it. However, this did not affect everyone's mood, but added a lot of fun that they had never experienced. Everyone walked all the way to the distant hillside, laughing and talking. On the way, I met the children of the summer camp, led by the teacher, and walked down the hillside along the word "Zhi". The children were full of interest and did not see the fatigue on their faces. It seemed that nature would really bring strength to people! Watching them think of the porter in the hour textbook, going up the mountain along the word "Zhi" will reduce the burden. It seems that we will do the same when we go up and down the mountain. Approaching the hillside, there is a pine forest. There is some open land in the forest. The pine trees stand tall and straight, like rows of guards. During their growth time, they have experienced many storms, snow, thunder and lightning, but they still stand tall. What do they rely on? It is the close dependence of trees and the help of trees. They know that only when they grow in patches and cooperate with each other, can they overcome the devastation of wind, rain and snow in nature. We should also draw strength from nature and learn their survival skills. Team members should unite and help each other. No matter what they experience, as long as they unite together, they can form a strong force and overcome all difficulties!
The carefree time passed quietly, and it was time for the return trip. It was indeed a lot easier to walk down the mountain in a zigzag shape. The League building this time is also full of harvest!

утром, когда он отправился, погода казалась некрасивой, погода была мрачной, время от времени падали капли дождя. когда машина дошла до дороги, небо стало ясно, и чем ближе от центра города к деревне, тем спокойнее настроение, и когда село было уже полдень, хозяин уже был готов к богатому обеду, каждое блюдо с собственным ароматом и пробуждали наш вкус. все сидели вокруг и весело общались. Такая встреча действительно сблизила отношения между коллегами и способствовала сближению. после обеда, альпинизм началась, погода в горах изменилась, только что ясное небо снова стало мрачным, и вслед за ним падают капли дождя, но это не влияет на настроение всех, но и добавляет много незабываемых удовольствий, все говорят смеяться, чтобы идти по горам вдали. дети, встретившиеся на дороге в летний лагерь, во главе с учителем, спустились вниз по холму, дети были довольны и не видели усталости от лица, кажется, природа действительно приносит людям силы! глядя на них, они вспоминают о том, что в учебниках на гору горят горки, и облегчают нагрузку. Похоже, что так будет, когда мы поднимемся на гору и спустимся вниз. подошел к склону горы, является сосновый лес, некоторые пустые леса, сосны стоят там, как ряд гвардейцев, за время их роста, пережили много бурь, снег, гром, но они все еще стоят, опираясь на что? Они знают, что только в том случае, если вырастут куски, только вместе и взаимопомощи, можно победить разрушения природы, дождь, снег. Мы также должны черпать силу из природы, научиться их выживанию, члены команды должны объединяться и помогать друг другу, независимо от того, что опыт, если быть вместе, может создать сильную силу, победить все трудности!
